Rent seems to go up every year so it makes it difficult at times for those of use who have a tight budget. The apartment itself is nice and having a washer and dryer in the apartment is really nice.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Definitely one of the most reasonably priced complexes around especially for all of the amenities Parking can be a struggle but not always, and they do a great job of trying to keep this place picked up, considering some of the messes residents can leave.
|Recommended: YesA Lovely Place To Live — I really love living here it's a nice cozy place with other wonderful residents living nearby. The apartments themselves feel spacious and clean as well as set up rather nicely. The only complaints I have are many dog droppings by the park and that the apartment I now live in has a few dents and scratches on walls, doors, and cabinets from the previous tenant. Besides those few small things, I really make love living here.

Pros The management is respectful, reasonable, and helpful. I love that there is covered parking. They promptly replace non-functioning appliances. The apartments themselves are quite spacious, have in-unit laundry, lots of windows, lots of storage cabinets.
Cons They've been without a consistent groundskeeper for a while--so the property isn't as maintained as you'd hope. And the public playing structure has a broken slide and squeaks like crazy--but it's functional and the kids don't seem to mind. Additionally, since they are a bit on the older side you can hear your neighbors throwing up upstairs. Finally, their rules for what can and cannot be on a patio or in windows is highly restrictive. Like, you can't have your curtains showing. Even though black out curtains are necessary for rooms facing the parking lot since the lighting never is turned off. And the patios can only have grills, plants, and patio furniture. If you have guests there's sometimes parking available but they have to walk quite a bit to get to you.
Overall--this is a great place to live. There's just a few little hiccups that you just kind of get used to and let go. Every place has its issues, but I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons when it comes to a rental.
